When you join Oregon Concierge Medicine, Dr. Mike will share his direct cell phone number and email address with you. He will thoroughly review your medical history, setting aside plenty of time for this initial visit. During this relaxed session, you’ll have the chance to chat about your medical history, current health issues, concerns, values, and goals. For Full Access and Nursing Home/Memory care patients this would include a thorough physical exam including ordering lab tests and other necessary primary care checks as desired. Dr. Mike will work with you to create a personalized health plan that covers both your current needs and preventive care. Future visits can be held in person, phone, text, video call, or email, whatever works best for you.
